That's normal: one spark module feeds every electrode, so they all spark together. What isn't normal is clicking that continues after the burner lights, or with every knob off, which usually means a switch behind a knob is shorted, often from a spill.
The infinite switch for that element is the usual cause, because its contacts can weld closed. On models with electronic controls, a stuck relay can do the same. If the element won't shut off, switch it off at the breaker and don't use that zone.
Often the glass is sold as a part, sometimes as an assembly with its frame, depending on the model. Stop using a cracked top, since spills can reach the elements and wiring below. Keep the cooktop's model number to hand, because glass tops are specific to each design.
Igniters, switches and elements are often available for a first-visit repair. Glass tops and induction boards usually need ordering.
