A mobile number you give us when opting in to texts is used for one thing: messaging you about your service. Neither your number nor your texting consent is sold, or passed to other companies for their marketing.

What You'll Receive

After you opt in, TrueFix San Antonio may text you about:

• Reminders before a scheduled appointment
• Progress on your repair request, and follow-up after the visit
• Day-of-visit notices, for example that the technician has set out
• A link to see or pay your invoice
• Answers when you've asked us something about your repair

How Often We'll Text

Message frequency varies with your repair: a simple visit may mean a single text, while a job that needs a part ordered may mean a few.

Carrier Charges

Message and data rates may apply, as set by your wireless carrier and your plan. If you aren't sure what texting costs you, particularly outside the U.S., your carrier can tell you.

Signing Up

You can opt in on our SMS sign-up page or by ticking the text-message consent box on our repair request form. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Canceling Anytime

Reply STOP to any of our texts, whenever you like, and no further messages will be sent to that number.

Reply HELP to any of our texts and someone from our office will get back to you.
