Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms apply when you use this website or schedule a repair with TrueFix San Antonio (“we,” “us”). We provide residential and light-commercial appliance repair in and around San Antonio, Texas.

2. Appointments

• Appointment times are estimates. We will let you know if we are running late.
• An adult (18 or older) with authority to approve the work should be present during the visit.
• For rentals, apartments, condominiums and military housing, you are responsible for any landlord, building or installation access approval needed for the visit.
• Please tell us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

3. Diagnosis, Quotes and Payment

• The technician diagnoses the appliance on site and gives you a price for the repair before any repair work begins.
• No repair work is carried out until you approve the price.
• If a part has to be ordered, we will tell you before you approve the repair.
• Payment is due when the work is completed unless we agree otherwise in writing. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed when you book.

4. Warranty

Our repairs are warranted for 90 days on parts, 30 days on labor.

Any warranty covers only the specific repair performed and does not cover unrelated failures, misuse, or work carried out on the appliance by anyone else after our repair.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for:

• Damage or wear that was already present and has nothing to do with the repair
• Food spoilage or other losses caused by the appliance failure itself
• Indirect, incidental or consequential damages

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be waived under Texas law.

6. Parts

Some repairs need parts that must be ordered. Parts availability is outside our control and can affect when a repair is completed. We will tell you what we know about timing before you approve the repair.

7. Service Area

We serve the following areas in and around San Antonio, Texas: Downtown San Antonio, North San Antonio, Stone Oak, Northeast San Antonio, Northwest San Antonio, South San Antonio, West San Antonio, Medical Center, Boerne, Schertz & Cibolo.

8. Website Use

9. Governing Law

Texas law governs these terms. Any dispute will be resolved in the state courts located in Bexar County, Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
