Appliance Repair in Schertz & Cibolo, TX

Cibolo (78108): One of the fastest-growing towns in the region since 2010 — mostly 2000s–2020s subdivisions off FM 1103 and FM 78 in Guadalupe County.

Converse (78109): An independent Bexar County city on FM 78 and Loop 1604 south of Randolph, with an older town center, many 2000s subdivisions, and its own city water system drawing on the Edwards Aquifer.

Most of Schertz & Cibolo is master-planned subdivisions from the 1990s onward. Homes were delivered with a builder's appliance package, and many of those first units are now reaching the end of their working life at roughly the same time. A repair that lands between tenants needs to be done before the next family arrives; one that lands mid-lease needs the owner's sign-off. Cibolo (78108) is an independent city in Guadalupe County. Converse (78109) is an independent city in Bexar County. Neither is part of San Antonio.
