Bertazzoni gas cooktops and rangetops use sealed burners in several sizes, typically including a high-output dual-ring burner, with electronic ignition and flame-failure protection on each burner. Induction versions depend on cooling fans and power boards under the glass. On gas models, the dual-ring burner has two rings of flame, so an inner ring that won't light while the outer one does is a port or injector problem rather than an ignition fault.
Worth knowing about Bertazzoni: Bertazzoni's Italian-made ranges and cooktops use brass burners and simple mechanical layouts, so burner and igniter repairs are usually uncomplicated. Also, Bertazzoni ovens use standard element and convection-fan designs, so a temperature complaint usually comes down to the sensor, an element or the door gasket.

A common cause is a blocked inner port or cap not seated correctly. Clean the ports with a non-metallic tool and reseat the inner cap. If it still won't light, the inner injector or the gas path to it may be restricted.
Yes. Each burner needs the correct LP injector and a low-flame adjustment on its valve. The installation manual lists the injector sizes, and the conversion should be done by someone qualified to work on gas.
Low settings keep the flame small, and if the thermocouple isn't in the flame the valve closes. Check that the cap is centered. A bent thermocouple or incorrect low-flame adjustment, which is common after a gas conversion, also causes it.
Igniters, switches and elements are often available for a first-visit repair. Glass tops and induction boards usually need ordering.
