How a Commercial Visit Works

01

Tell us it's a business

Say what the equipment is, what it's doing and when you're open or quietest. We plan the visit around service where the fault allows, and explain if something can't safely wait.

02

Diagnosis on site

The technician confirms the failed part and looks for what caused it. A condenser clogged with kitchen grease or scale inside an ice machine often sits behind a commercial fault.

03

The right person approves

The price for the repair goes to whoever signs off (owner, manager or property manager) and nothing is done until they approve it.

04

Repair, test and record

We repair and test the equipment and describe in writing what we found and did. If cleaning or water treatment would prevent a repeat, we'll say so.

FAQ

Commercial Repair Questions

Scheduling, recurring faults, brands and paperwork: what businesses and property managers ask before booking.

Ready to book?

Tell us the appliance, the brand and what it's doing, and we'll offer you the earliest appointment we have.

Yes. We work on commercial refrigeration, reach-ins, prep tables, ice machines, warewashing and cooking equipment.

Where the fault allows it, yes. Tell us your hours when you book. If a problem can't safely wait for a quieter time, we'll explain why.

Hoshizaki, Manitowoc, Scotsman, Ice-O-Matic and Maxx Ice on ice production; Atosa, Everest, Turbo Air and Perlick on refrigeration; Hobart on warewashing; and Vulcan on cooking equipment, among others.

On commercial refrigeration the cause is often maintenance. Grease and dust foul condensers, hard water scales ice machines, and worn gaskets let warm air in. In a hot kitchen during a San Antonio summer, all of that gets worse. We'll point to the root cause instead of swapping the same part again and again.

Yes. We describe what we found, what we repaired and anything we recommend, in writing, so you have it for your records.

Yes. Repairs are warranted for 90 days on parts and 30 days on labor, covering the specific repair we made.

We use the parts the manufacturer specifies for your model wherever they're available. If a part has been discontinued and a substitute is the only option, we tell you before fitting it.

Yes. Tell us who approves the repair and who will let us in. We'll explain what we found and what it will cost to the person paying before any work starts, and we can send a written description of the repair for your records.
