Put towels down and open the small access panel at the bottom front, then slowly unscrew the drain pump filter to catch the water. A sock, coin or lint mat in that trap is a common cause. If the filter is clear and the pump hums without draining, or is silent, the pump or its wiring needs testing.
Water sits in the fold of the door boot and around the drain pump between washes. Wipe the boot fold, leave the door ajar after use, clean the pump filter, and use high-efficiency detergent at the recommended dose. A boot that has torn or stays black after cleaning can be replaced.
