Admiral freezer repair: what to know
Admiral freezers are basic manual-defrost chest and upright models with a mechanical temperature control. Manual defrost means frost builds on the walls or shelves by design and has to be cleared by the owner once it reaches about a quarter inch, because heavy frost insulates the cooling surfaces.
