About JennAir repair
JennAir is Whirlpool's luxury brand, known for introducing downdraft ventilation on ranges and cooktops, and now for built-in column refrigerators, panel-ready dishwashers, wall ovens and pro-style ranges sold in RISE and NOIR styles. JennAir came to Whirlpool with Maytag in 2006. Many internal components come from the Whirlpool family, while panels, handles, controls and built-in hardware are JennAir-specific.

Most JennAir equipment is built into cabinetry or anchored in place, so the visit starts with working out how to reach it. We allow a longer appointment and protect floors, cabinet faces and countertops before anything moves.
It changes the economics as well. Replacing a fitted JennAir usually means cabinet or countertop work on top of the new appliance, so a failure that would retire a freestanding unit is usually still a repair here.
